Our Return Policy (The Soft Girl Way)
At Soft Girl Wigs (SGW), your satisfaction matters. We carefully inspect all wigs before shipping and are happy to assist if a return or exchange is needed under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges only if:
• The wig is unused and unworn
• The lace is not cut, torn, altered, or damaged
• The wig is in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
Any wig that shows signs of wear, styling, installation, cutting, glue usage, or odor will not be accepted.
Return Window
• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Requests made after 14 days will not be approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
• Wigs with cut or damaged lace
• Wigs that have been worn, installed, customized, or styled
• Custom-made or special-order wigs
• Items marked “Final Sale”
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Email our support team with:
o Order number
o Reason for return or exchange
o Clear photos of the wig (lace, hairline, and packaging)
2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
3. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of SGW error or product defect.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• SGW is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
Refunds
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are available for eligible wigs of equal or greater value.
• If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid.
• Exchanges are processed after the returned item passes inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a wig that is damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos and your order number
• SGW will assess and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable
