At Soft Girl Wigs (SGW), we prioritize secure, timely delivery for every order.
Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Orders placed after processing hours or on non-business days will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
• All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post.
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch (where available)
• All domestic shipments include tracking.
International Shipping
• International orders are shipped via DHL.
• Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch (depending on destination).
• Tracking is provided for all international shipments.
Shipping Rates
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, shipping method, and order size.
• Free shipping may be available during promotions or on qualifying orders.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
• SGW is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
• SGW is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
• SGW is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
